  • Shipping Rates and Options *

    At Multicolour.com we offer various shipping options for your order. Multicolour.com will ship only to a street address, not a P.O. Box address and signature is always required upon order arrival. When ordering via Online Order Checkout you can select any of the shipping options below.

    FEDEX USPS
    • Registered Mail ($8.00)
      Slow service to most destinations, 7-60 days. Parcels cannot be tracked online. EU random inspections can delay deliveries for weeks.Very slow to U.S.A and Canada. (14-60 days). Registered mail to Europe seems to be more reliable than to the USA. If you are concerned about VAT or customs formalities at your destination this is a good option for many countries. Registered mail is rarely inspected and parcels are most likely to be delivered without any additional imposition of fees by your government. Signature upon delivery is required. Registered mail can be shipped to P.O. Boxes or FPO/APO. For USA we suggest Fed Ex for safety, speed, and value.
    • Federal Express ($65.00)
      3-4 business days worldwide. No Sunday delivery. Signature upon delivery is required. Cannot be ship to P.O. Boxes, FPO/APO or BFPO addresses. DO NOT SELECT FED EX FOR FRANCE unless you are willing to pay a minimum of 500 Euros for customs clearance.
    • DHL ($70.00)
      3-4 business days worldwide. No Sunday delivery. Signature upon delivery is required. Cannot be ship to P.O. Boxes, FPO/APO or BFPO addresses.

    UPS $48 for parcels valued below below below $750, (Courier Envelope price)
    UPS $90 for parcels valued over $750. (We are required to use a box for parcels over a specific value)

    Fedex $48 for parcels below valued below $750, (Courier Envelope price)
    Fedex $90 for parcels valued over $750. (We are required to use a box for parcels over a specific value)



  • When will my order arrive?

    Upon receipt of payment your order will be shipped. You will receive email notification that your purchased items are on the way. To find out when you will receive an order, you need to consider the availability of the items you have ordered and the shipping option you selected:

    (Item Availability) + (Dispatch Time) = Total Delivery Time

    CLAIMS FOR LOSS, DAMAGE OR DELAY IS VALID FOR FEDERAL EXPRESS AND EXPRESS MAIL ONLY. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE NOTIFIED TO US WITHIN 12 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY OF THE SHIPMENT, FAILING THAT, NO ACTION FOR DAMAGES MAY BE BROUGHT. IF YOU HAVE DECIDED THAT YOU DO NOT WANT THE MERCHANDISE AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED, BUT BEFORE IT ARRIVES, DO NOT REFUSE THE POSTAL DELIVERY. IF A PRODUCT IS REFUSED YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR BROKERAGE CHARGES AND DUTY INCURRED UPON ITS RETURN.


  • Tracking your package on-line

    Below you will find information regarding shipment carriers used by Multicolour.com. Once you have followed the link to the appropriate shipper site, you will be prompted for the shipment tracking number. You can find this number at the bottom of the confirmation e-mail message sent to you at the time of shipment.

  • Customs Information

    Any customs or import duties are issued once the package reaches your country. In most cases there is not any customs clearance required, however, if additional charges for customs clearance takes place – it must be paid by you, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

    Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.


  • How to return an item or order?

    To return or exchange an item, all you have to do is:

    1. Make sure that you read and understand our Return Policy.
    2. Obtain RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization) number by contacting customer service at +662 233-2108 or by emailing to info@multicolour.com. Packages without this number will not be accepted.
    3. Secure your item and all of the original packing materials, including packing slip, and the gem certificate if appropriate, in a plainly wrapped cardboard box (the post office has these available if you do not).
    4. Send the package by registered mail, as this is the safest way to ship high-value items. For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges. Multicolour.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please also note that FedEx will not insure your gemstones.
    5. Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package in the return area and mail the package by a traceable carrier such as Registered Mail, UPS, USPS or Federal Express to:

    PLEASE BE CAREFUL: YOU SHOULD NOT WRITE JEWELRY, GEMSTONES, GEMS, SAPPHIRES, EMERALDS, RUBY, COLOUR GEMS, CREDIT CARD, CREDIT CARD NUMBER, DIAMONDS OR OTHER LUXURY-RELATED WORDS ANYWHERE ON THE PACKAGE, AS THIS INVITES POSSIBLE THEFT OF THE PACKAGE.

  • Delivery time
    Remember that to find out when you will receive an item, you need to consider the availability of the items you are ordering as well as the shipping option you select.
  • Choosing a carrier
    Registered mail is cheap and generally reliable, but it cannot be tracked on line. In case you do not receive your parcel, we can begin a trace 30 days after shipping. Fedex cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or FPO/APO but it’s safer and faster for the USA.
  • Delivery Charges
    The shipping charges are per shipment ( e.g "order" ) and the same for any destination.
  • Avoiding brokerage charges
    If you have decided that you do not want the merchandise after it has been shipped, but before it arrives, DO NOT REFUSE THE POSTAL DELIVERY. If the merchandise is refused you will be liable for brokerage charges and duty incurred upon its return.
